About Access Services
Access Services staff helps library visitors locate and borrow resources. In addition to customer assistance, Access Services personnel processes requests for local items as well as remotely-held resources through interlibrary loan (ILL) and Summit borrowing from the Orbis Cascade Alliance.
Our staff also supports the college mission by managing course reserve materials and video bookings for classroom instruction. For students, we provide a variety of equipment including laptops and group study rooms that may be reserved. Access Services maintains a welcoming environment where visitors can find space for concentrated study or to work collaboratively.
